Unexperienced admin

hi.
play on ur server regularly and i found a guy who behaves totally wiered .

exhorder. being an admin he slaps unneccessary to other players without reasons.
yesterday i was a terro and exo was ct. i shot him twice . then slapped me stating that do the objectives . wtf objectives. bomb has been planted. now t's can camp any where to protect the bomb. and they have full rights to oppose the ct's counter attack well i was doing the same.
another issue. he votes for useless things contineously like Exhorder is good or bad. well being an admin is not fun. its gives tons of responsibility.
some tips to exo. cts can camp in any bomb planting map. till the bomb plant after that t's can camp to protect it.

t's can camp any hostage rescue map.

PS. its not exo's problem. he is newbie so he is doing that. i had the same problem. not hard feelings
