Banned for no reason at all.....

My game name is hell_above12..
today when i tried to connect to wrath cs cz server,it shows me that i have been banned from server...
why have i been banned from server???
i have not used any hacks and have not cheated in the game.....
can you please look into the matters admins for i like your server a lot and i am a frequent player....
